Logan and Connor gave us a special day. They are two fine electricians that did a fantastic job adding new lighting ✨️ to a dark carport, both our porches and in my kitchen. Got rid of fire hazard of extention cords connecting large freezer and fridge with hard wired plug ins. We are very thankful for their hard work and making our home safer. Having an unexpected electrical issue in the evening that impacted my home office, freezer and garage door along with several other less important things and so close to the holidays was not what my husband and I wanted or needed. I looked on Google for residential electricians and saw ZB Electric. They were local and had great reviews. I was also impressed that it appeared they were a young team. Well, 19 hours later, I am pleased to report that ZB Electric has earned an A+ from a couple with very high standards. Starting with the after-hours quick call back from Sumner and her scheduling a morning appointment, to Bryan’s quick and in-depth identification of the source of problem and explaining it clearly to not just me but over the phone with my husband. Bryan then had a call with ZB team members, Ben and Sawyer, and provided them with a report of the issue and the work that needed to be done. Ben and Sawyer stepped in and completed all work in a timely and professional manner. Bryan, Ben and Sawyer notified me when they were on their way and were very respectful to me and our home. We are also expecting to receive a quote for additional services we discussed and look forward to working with ZB again in the very near future. ZB Electric and families of Summer, Bryan, Ben and Dawson should definitely be proud of their great work ethic and how they represent the company, themselves and their families in such a positive way!
