I found out about Felix, who runs Wood Flooring Doctor, through Google reviews this summer. The ranch style house I was living in had hardwood floors that were stained in some areas and I wanted to touch them up. He was more than happy to come to my house and give me a consultation, explained the professional flooring/refinished process in an easy to understand way and most importantly he was not pushy. We decided to hire Wood Flooring Doctor to refinish our floors and he and his team did a great job on the floors in a short amount of time. Especially after sanding the floor, Felix showed his meticulousness in choosing a color by coating a sample of the floor color I wanted on it. He never frowned and always had a smile on his face which made me feel comfortable as a client. He and his team never missed a single appointment during the entire flooring project and they did a great job and even provided after sales service. I highly recommend Wood Flooring Doctor and hope you have a great experience like I did. I would like to thank Felix once again through this review!!

I hired Wood Flooring Doctor to professionally sand and finish newly installed red oak hardwood flooring. The results were excellent. I found WFD to be exemplary in 3 areas: 1) it was apparent that work crew was highly skilled and truly cared about the end result, 2) the crew was experienced in properly applying (and not overapplying) Bona finish products, including somewhat tricky NaturalSeal, 3) Felix stopped by the house each day to check on progress and inspect the work. I found the pricing to be very reasonable in relation to the quality of the work performed. The house was properly protected from dust and I did not observe any shortcuts being taken. I plan to hire them again for future flooring work.
