Window World of Winchester

This was a super very surprising experience I had many concerns my house is 40 yrs old with original windows and doors. This company and the installers was spot on so professional and the job went flawless and the quality of the window and doors are beyond my expectations money well spent. Thank you for a perfect and flawless experience.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) We recently completed a large exterior project with Window World that included new windows, doors, siding, and gutters. Going into it, I was a bit anxious — it’s a major investment and a lot to coordinate at once. We chose higher energy-efficiency windows and doors along with premium insulated Dutch lap siding, and the finished result looks great. The installation crews were professional, efficient, and respectful of the property. I especially want to recognize Angel Cruz, the production supervisor. Angel was responsive throughout the project and worked closely with the crews to address a few minor items that came up during installation. Nothing major, but anything I wanted adjusted was handled promptly and without pushback. As with any large renovation, the real proof will come after a full year of seasonal changes and seeing how everything holds up. Based on the experience so far, we’re very pleased and would recommend Window World for large exterior projects where responsive crews and a production supervisor really matters. I would normally give a 4.5 at this stage, with a follow-up a review in about a year. If all goes well, it would be a 5.
