I can't say enough good things about my experience with Silva Electric/Westek. We dealt with Erica and Luis. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were having electrical problems Christmas week and Erica was able to book us with Luis with less than 24 hours' notice. She cheerfully responded to my questions and made sure I received an invoice the same day. She also made sure I understood the rates for the initial diagnosis. No surprises; very transparent. Luis was able to trouble shoot and replace damaged meter parts and breaker quickly. He kept us in the loop at all times and was eager to answer any questions we had. Again, so surprises. Very straight forward. They both made a stressful situation as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend Westek Systems.

We had major electrical issues with our original 1960’s era 100 amp service panel. We called Silva Electric because of a friend’s recommendation. An electrician came out the next day and confirmed we needed a new panel. We thought we would have to wait up to a month to get started, but to our surprise we were scheduled for the installation of a new 200 amp service within a few days. The electricians were very respectful of the property, worked very quickly and had the new panel installed and power restored very quickly. We had some questions about the final bill and Kam was very prompt in getting back to us and addressing our concerns . Erica also was very prompt answering our questions and keeping us informed. We would recommend Silva Electric.
