Outstanding service. When they tell you to send a picture of what part you need. Save yourself the hassle and send a photo first! Apparently there are hundreds of clips and spirals for windows and they need a pic to get it correct. Also be patient. It takes time to research what part you need. CJ was great. Very patient with me. I needed spiral replacement parts for older windows. He worked with us diligently to get the correct parts. Saved my customer thousands of dollars. Truly grateful.
