From the moment Daniel Levin came to our home to assess the damage we knew we were in good hands. Our home is now clean and water damage free. The entire process was quick, strait forward and there were no surprises or hidden fees. Should we ever need water restoration services again we will be sure to call on Daniel and his team!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. I hired your company to clean up the flood damage that occurred in my home in April 2023. While the initial work was satisfactory, I discovered significant issues upon returning home. Firstly, I noticed a large gash in my tile flooring, which was not present before the flood. Despite providing photographic evidence, your company initially denied responsibility but later accepted liability and offered a $700 discount on the bill and did a patch job with grout. Furthermore, after receiving the insurance payout and beginning the process of restoring my home, I discovered that several items were missing, including my barber clippers, the wheels to my brand-new generator, and other belongings. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she denied any wrongdoing and asserted that the company does not engage in theft. It is important to note that these issues were not discovered immediately due to the extensive damage and disruption caused by the flood. However, I believe it is crucial to address these concerns as they reflect poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your company. I would strongly advise against recommending your services to others and caution potential customers to be wary of the issues I have encountered. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
