⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our water heater went out yesterday, and even though we called around 6:00 PM, they were able to get someone out first thing the next morning. Lucas arrived around 9:30 AM and was absolutely outstanding. He was honest, upfront about pricing, and took the time to explain all of our options so we could make the best decision. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Within two hours, we had a brand-new water heater installed and everything working perfectly. The responsiveness, efficiency, and quality of service were top-notch. We would definitely give them five stars and highly recommend them—especially Lucas!

Luis is the plumber that showed up today and did a great job. He replaced a worn out water heater and did such a great job. He noticed that the installation of the old water heater had some issues; not strapped correctly, pipes missing fittings... He made sure to install braces on walls to strap water heater correctly, he also made excellent custom fittings to make connections cleaner and better.

If I could give Water Heaters Only ("HWO") a higher rating than 5 stars, I would, and here's why: On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, I called HWO at 9:28 a.m. and spoke with Paul. Even though no one had come out to review the job, he was nice enough to give me rough estimate based on his experience. This rough estimate was something no other company provided. Paul told me that a technician would be available between the hours of 1 and 5 p.m. I then informed him of that I care for my mother and that having hot water was essential and that I would continue contacting other companies. An hour later, at 10:27 a.m., I received a call for Sean of HWO, who stated that a technician named Lucas was finishing up a job nearby and would be available to come out. Lucas called at 10:51 a.m. and arrived at 11:20 a.m. Let me tell you about Lucas. He is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He is extremely professional and is genuinely pleased to be of service. He took a few pictures and quoted a price very close to what Paul estimated during my initial call with HWO. After providing the requisite signatures, Lucas immediately began the removal and installation process. Being the person I am, I asked a few questions during the installation process. Lucas was more tha happy to answer my questions, and the entire job was completed in less than two hours. The service provided by Lucas was impeccable. He is definitely an asset to company and I am certain that HWO benefits from having him as an employee. Thank you to all the representatives of HWO that I had the pleasure os speaking with, but Lucas was the icing on the cake. Job well done!
