Ward Water

Everyone at Ward Water was great during my experience using their services. I had a new water heater installed which was installed fast and efficiently. The water heater unfortunately failed 10 months later and Ward Water was extremely quick to get someone out to troubleshoot the issue, and ultimately worked with the manufacturer to get the water heater replaced. Each visit was scheduled with minimal wait time and Robbie, the tech who came for most visits, was great. You never want a brand new product to fail on you, but everyone I dealt with at Ward Water made the entire process to diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace as easy as possible.

Recently had a horrible experience with another water company so I decided to try a local and family owned company. Much better experience switching over to Ward Water! They were friendly , communicative , confident in the systems in place and that they could make any necessary repairs / services, prices were transparent and fair. They did exactly what they said they would and made me feel confident they will provide great service in the future.

ALERT: Ward Water saved my whole entire day and weekend!!! Left is Robbie, Right is Spencer! My water stopped late last night I began calling people today four different businesses, emergency service hours, and nobody was available until Monday! I noticed the phone number on my water system that Ward Water had installed about two years ago and I called them. I did not get a person on the phone, but when I called the second time there was this Angel named Spencer! He arrived at my home in about 20 minutes and we worked our tails off to try and remove the frozen concrete cover outside to reach the water pump after all of his work. He had done to fix things inside! It is cold out and he spent so much time outside with me working on a Saturday! My pump was done he offered to fix it on Monday to save me the emergency rates and he was willing to fix it for me and my family today so my children could have showers and be ready for school Monday morning!! I appreciated the effort to save me money ( I mean most people would push for all the extra money) but needed the help today and He left to retrieve all of the necessary parts and came back with Robbie! They worked endlessly in the cold and in the dark to restore water to my house! God is good but SPENCER and ROBBIE are amazing also! They laughed. They were sociable and they thanked me. I’m not sure what they were thanking me for because they were the Grace to my day. They were the ones who answered the phone and came to the equation! They were so helpful and supportive, and even where I was worried about the cold they just smiled there smiles, and we’re so lovely. I don’t even have words for these two young men! The only thing I can truly say at the end of the day is God bless them, and if I ever have another problem personally, and or for my business Ward Water is who I am calling 1 million percent hands down!!!! You thanked me but it is I who owe you the biggest thanks ever!!!!! Thank you so much Ward Water and most importantly people like Spencer and Robbie ❤️❤️❤️
