About a week ago, last Saturday, my 27-year-old furnace suddenly failed when the inducer motor malfunctioned—at a time when the outside temperature was 3°F. I know how to replace the motor myself, but the replacement part would have taken at least a week to arrive. Given the circumstances, we decided to move forward with a brand-new furnace and AC system in hopes of enjoying trouble-free operation for the next 20 years. I contacted Walley’s team first thing Monday morning. Jon stopped by my house just a few hours later, and I received his proposal by late afternoon the same day. After comparing offers from other contractors and having several conversations with Jon, we worked out the most competitive and suitable deal for my project by Wednesday. I can’t thank their team enough for their above-and-beyond efforts to install the much-needed furnace the very next day by —within 24 hours of finalizing the deal. The heat was back in my house at a critical time! We truly felt the warmth of their support in making this happen. I know they have many projects on their schedule, but they prioritized mine and streamlined the entire process to complete the installation. Walleys for the win! We had an issue at first but with a calm phone call the girls in the office rallied to send me out a star technician! Spencer!……ask for him!
