I have been a loyal Vondom customer for years, always appreciating the quality and design of their outdoor products. Recently, I decided to visit their store in the Miami Design District and, although the initial service was courteous, I was surprised when, at the time of payment, I was asked to have my driver’s license scanned and to complete a form similar to a credit application. When I asked why, I was told that due to past experiences, they do not trust customers from Miami. I found this generalization unfortunate and unprofessional. I hope Vondom reconsiders these policies to offer a more respectful and equitable experience for all its customers.
A little bit chaotic the store to buy, is a process for the payment, a lot of time just to pay one thing of $55. They dont know prices at all, they always have a problem with wifi since more than 6 years buying in this store.
Excellent place for outdoor furniture. The design is all and the quality is top notch
