We couldn’t have asked for better customer service, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the value we received for the money spent. We are really enjoying that this job made it all the way to the finish line thanks to Varsity Electric. Varsity Electric staff are who you hope service people will be. They are communicative. They were thoughtful of our service request, & knowledgeable and passionate about their line of work. We received timely responses and assistance to our calls and E-mails over the period of 2.5 months. And, when the job was ready to be done, the 3 electricians we had over the course of 2 days worked with dedication and drive to having power restored by the end of each day. This was a job to add a 220V hardwired outside outlet. To do that, we needed to upgrade our electrical panel. PSE (Puget Sound Energy) got involved and had additional requirements for the job. When that happened, the owner of Varsity Electric, Ryan Diaz, oversaw the job from then on out. It was seamless to our eyes, but without Ryan’s involvement on our behalf with PSE, I don’t think our project would have gotten done. Varsity Electric was our advocate and liaison with PSE. They took care of communicating directly with the PSE Project Manager throughout the job, filling out the technical application and site plan that PSE required to approve the work, and coordinated their own (Varsity’s) work with the street closure and work that PSE needed to do. Ryan’s was always positive about doing this job. He was not deterred by obstacles, and met us more than half-way at every turn, cost-wise, to complete this project that was very important to us.

This is definitely top level service! Colby and Muhammad arrived on time, were professional, and knowledgeable. They got the job done fast and were able undo and fix all the mistakes done by the previous owner. They cleaned up quick and put everything back to normal. Thank you Muhammad and Colby! Excellent service, professional, prompt, very competitively priced, and etc. I had them go through my electrical box and check out everything. Also, converted my kitchen overhead florescents for LEDs, installed GFCI outlets, and replaced my front porch light fixture. Only niggle was that when I originally got my emailed estimate, I had to go to a workiz website that asked for my payment info, credit card or bank account numbers. But when the work was finished, the guys wanted a credit card or check -- the info I had entered meant nothing. But now, it's out there on a website that I didn't want to use in the first place. Next time, I'll call the office and tell them that I'll give the guys a check when they finish. I would have taken points off in this review but the electricians were really good.
