Vanger Windows & Doors

I worked worked with Victor on three window projects. He was pleasure to work with and has great communication skills. He brought in an expert from Anderson as three of the windows were custom. He laid out several options for each job and provided thoughtful estimates. On the installation side, the work speaks for itself. "Murh" was the on-site job lead and is a true craftsman. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure the job is done correctly. The finished windows are included on Vanger's website and you would think they were original to the house. (no small feat give the uniqueness of the house) The only problem was the jobs took much long to complete than originally estimated. There were reasons for this and Victor did his best to work though the delays but they did occur and should be mentioned in this review. The reason I'm giving Vanger five stars was the quality of work and the fact that Victor and Murph are truly professionals. Delays can happen and when they did, Victor took them seriously and I believe did his best to address the causes. Victor met with us several times. He was easy to work with, knew the products thoroughly and was able to deliver in a reasonable price range and time frame. His crew was meticulous and punctual always performing a great job. Much to our excitement, Victor was even able to repair the glass portion of a double casement window that was replaced by warranty from another company. We were satisfied and plan on calling again for additional work in the future.

We needed to replace our lead painted windows and Victor and his crew were amazing. They covered everything, cleaned efficiently and followed protocol to the T. I wanted wide windowsills for two of the windows and Murph came through! He wasn’t happy that one of the boards wasn’t completely level (I used my level to double check and it was fine by me, only a little off) so he replaced the board with a straighter one. We still have two more windows with lead that need to be replaced and we will be calling Victor when it’s time to replace them. I can’t recommend this company enough.
