My ancient furnace decided to stop working on Valentine’s Day and I called Valley View HVAC because I really haven’t been that happy with other companies that I’ve had service the furnace before. Scott wanted to save me a weekend call charge so he brought me two radiator heaters to get me through to Monday so I wouldn’t freeze over the weekend Today David arrived right on time and fixed everything and did a bunch of tests to make sure the furnace would continue to run. He explained everything to me so I understood what the problem was and how to maintain the unit in the future. The cost was very reasonable and the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with from any repair company. I will be using their company from now on and recommending them to all my friends. This company goes the extra mile.

I can’t say enough good things about Austin and Valley View HVAC. He came out to inspect my system, and instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, he was completely honest and told me no service was necessary at this time. That honesty alone saved me money, but what really impressed me was how he still went above and beyond—answering my questions, giving me tips on how to keep my system running efficiently, and making sure I understood everything before he left. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy in the service industry. I will absolutely be using Valley View HVAC for any future needs and recommending them to friends and family!
