We started using Valley Home Services in 2024. I got quotes from 3 local companies including Valley. We initially used them to install a whole house, instant-on Generac generator and a 325 gallon propane tank. Then I asked them to price a new propane heater and fixing an existing one. And finally, we made them our oil and propane delivery company and use them to service our oil furnace. They've been excellent to work with. They are friendly, provide excellent service and are reasonably priced! And the owner, Josh, was out to visit when the initial work was going on. Very nice guy. Would definitely recommend them!

Had Valley Home Services install 3 heat pumps in our home recently. The experience was top shelf start to finish. From the initial quote done in our home by Isaganie, to several follow up questions w/Josh in the office, and ultimately a great install by installers Nick, Aaron, and electrician Dave, the entire process was a positive experience. I’m happy to report that our experience with the Fujitsu brand has thus far been as good as the install. Count us as firmly in the “highly recommend” camp. Great job VHS!!

These guys are wonderful. I had an issue with my propane furnace not completing it's cycle and heating the house properly. Some parts were rusted when I had Valley Home Heating services due an annual cleaning. They ordered the parts and were very good about turning the annual cleaning into a partial service call. When they installed the parts a couple of weeks later. The furnace ran fine for a bit, then went back to not doing a full cycle. I called and they were quick not only to get back to me, but sent a tech out at no charge to get the furnace running. He looked at the furnace, tried a couple of things then contacted someone else. It turned out to be a problem with the condensate pump (water) not clearing like it should. He quickly cleared out the pump, changed the little pellets that neutralize the water (de-acidify) and cut the drain pipe into pump because it was too long. The furnace is now running great. These guys are great, know what they are doing and are quick to help. Certain other companies would have billed me out the wazoo and come back in 3 weeks. Thank you!!
