Urgent Island Restoration

My house had a serious black mold problem and our main man Cam, as well as Demetrio and Dylan came in and killed it!! They tore out all the dry wall that was affected, they had to take our whole bathroom apart and redo everything. They didn’t do any unnecessary removal and they rebuilt it better than it ever was. They were the coolest most professional people I’ve ever interacted with when it comes to housing maintenance. I have two dogs and two small children and they were so accommodating and understanding when it came to not disrupting their daily schedule I was amazed and relieved. Thank yall.

I just want to commend this company for their customer service and the quality of work that they did. We had some mold growing around our kitchen vent and they did an excellent job of cutting it out, installing new drywall in the ceiling and repainting it to match so the repair looks seamless. While working, they discovered a problem with the HVAC insulation, and instead of just putting in drywall to finish the job and be done with it, they had an HVAC guy come and install new insulation to be sure that this was done correctly—even if it slowed them down by 2 days. I think this shows that they have some integrity, because they could’ve just covered it up and we would’ve never known, but they wanted to be smart about doing this the right way to prevent future water damage. The owner (or manager?) was a really nice guy, too. I was nervous about having mold work done while living in the house, and he calmly & patiently explained their process to me, including the steps that they take to contain the work space and filter the air, which helped put my mind at ease. He was also very understanding and accommodating with scheduling when I told him that I would like to wait until my guests leave town. Again, he put the customer first, even though it would’ve been better for them to get this project done the week before. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone on island who needs to repair water/mold damage in their house.

Incredible crew! I can not express how much they were customer friendly and flexible with scheduling. Did a great job on drying water damage on our floors and in the ceilings. They were very thorough and made sure it was completely dried. Highly recommend them!
