Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air

We called Upfront to install a microwave that vented to the outside. They came first to see if what we were asking was feasible. With a green light, we went ahead and purchased a microwave that had convertible venting. Then Jose and his assistant showed up the next day and installed our microwave. They were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They answered questions I had about installation. They cleaned up afterwards and then showed me the work they had completed. We felt that the price was great considering they would need to drill through stucco. They also hauled away our old microwave.

I've worked with Mason a couple times and he's been amazing. This time, we had mold and had to completely demo our bathroom to remediate. Mason came and was very thorough when looking at everything which was really nice because he understood everything that needed to be done to help avoid any surprises that he could. He even offered 2 different options based on my budget and what needed done, and made sure I was aware of what each entailed and potential consequences and benefits for each option. I've really respected and appreciated the full disclosure and time he's taken with me each time he looks over everything and goes over options and estimates. Two other employees came and did the work to replace my main drain stack and some other piping. They even noticed that my ABS had a recall on it, which I had no idea about. They've all done great work, been very respectful, friendly, and kept me engaged throughout the whole process so nothing came as a surprise. I've had other companies try to tell me I need products that I don't really need and Upfront has never done that. The office employees are also very nice and it's super easy to schedule appointments and make payments, they'll even text you a link for you to pay. I feel like Upfront is very trustworthy and would definitely recommend them.

I had a really good experience getting my furnace replaced by Upfront! Their estimate was fair, and they were extremely responsive, and they accommodated the replacement within 3 days. My furnace was condemned on Friday morning. With temperatures beginning to drop next week and it being Christmas week, I scrambled to get my warranty company to take the job but their contractor was unresponsive during the weekend. Jakob coordinated with me throughout Saturday on getting the furnace replaced Monday. On Monday Justin and Austin finished the furnace replacement in less than 4 hours. Everything looks great and we don't have to worry about using space heaters to survive the cold that's coming. Thank you for doing a great job, being responsive, and working diligently to resolve a habitability issue quickly!
