We have had our boiler and A/C serviced by Tyler for years. Despite the fact that our boiler was approaching 40 years old, they continued to maintain it and were not pushy about getting us to upgrade. It was only after this year's scheduled maintenance, where our technician recognized that our boiler was starting to produce carbon monoxide (!), that we decided to go ahead with replacing our boiler and our water heater with a new combi boiler. Fred, Brandon, and Milton arrived and were very clean and respectful of our space. They cleaned up the piping (see the pic!), removed our 400 pound boiler, made sure to place drop cloths everywhere to ensure our floor remained clean, and vacuumed and cleaned everything up by the time they were done. They were also able to take care of a last minute request from me to install two new bathroom ceiling vents. All the work was done in 2 days! Finally, extra props to Fred for stopping by an extra two times afterwards to make sure everything was set up correctly and ensure we were 100% satisfied! With a 1 year free maintenance, we can be confident of Tyler's work.

Tyler Air Conditioning of Stratford is the best company for your job. My family is forever grateful to them and their generosity. Everyone member working there is caring and generous. This year, my wife and I were blessed with twins. This also means our expenses caring for a little own are multiplied. While facing a financial hardship, our furnace started leaking dangerous levels of carbon monoxide and we needed a replacement. We couldn’t afford the cost of a new own and care for our babies equally. With temperatures on the decline, it was imperative that we replaced it as soon as possible. When Tyler Air Conditioning heard our story, they offered to help. During an extremely difficult and stressful time, they offered to donate their time to help offset the cost of a new furnace. Within a few weeks, a new boiler was installed. We now have heat at night, our babies are thriving, and we are living with less stress. The entire staff on board truly amazing people. They were all willing to help a local family in need and I will always support them. I want to especially thank Donny, Vinny, Fred, and Jennifer for going above and beyond. They are extremely responsive, hardworking and so fantastic job. I highly recommend them to you all and couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help us.

I really recommend Tyler Heating. I was able to get someone out within 24 hours, I saw a lot of other places had weeks booked out and I could not afford to wait that long. The booking process was quick and efficient—I wasn’t on the phone for too long. The only con I have is the ai bot you have to speak first, but the person after the fact was great. I had Patrick replace a thermostat that was previously installed incorrectly by a TaskRabbit. He was very informative: explained everything he was doing, showed me where the problem was and how he fixed it. He took his shoes off when he entered the house, and cleaned up his mess before he left! If I have any future heating issues, they will be my first call.
