The design and finishes are just what we were looking for and the house is barely recognizable compared to before. It’s the perfect facelift that it so desperately needed. The Turnstone team was extremely helpful at every step in the process… all true professionals with a great design sense! They made multiple suggestions during the process and the final product is even better than we imagined. I can’t say enough about our project manager, Morgan. We’ve done many new builds and major renovations over the years and I can say, unequivocally, that he’s the best PM we have ever dealt with. He had great ideas on how to tweak the design in the field that only comes with years of experience, attention to detail, and a thorough and thoughtful approach. Whenever an issue in the field arose, Morgan communicated promptly, clearly, and with a set of options to move forward. And he was always on the lookout for ways to save a little money here and there. I have a great deal of trust and respect for Morgan and the Turnstone team, and I don’t hesitate at all recommending them with a full five stars.

We are so thrilled with our new home! This is our first experience building a custom home, and from our very first meeting with Harvey to the finished product, it has been a distinct pleasure to work with Turnstone Custom Homes. Erik took our rough concept and designed the perfect home for us - and on a very narrow lot with plenty of restrictions. Lisa was a very patient and calm guide as we faced the daunting task of design selections. And the project management team led by Morgan and his skilled colleages, Jason and Mike, are true professionals who care about the details and the product they turn out. The entire Turnstone team is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, courteous and friendly. They were excellent at managing costs and completed our home on time (maybe even a little early) and under budget. We’re almost sorry that the construction is finished because we miss them!
