We had an urgent attic ductwork situation related to water damage and mold remediation, and I cannot thank Diane Zinicola at Tri-Tech Mechanical enough for her professionalism and responsiveness. From my very first call, Diane understood the urgency and immediately sent their foreman, Edwin, who was knowledgeable, thorough, and very clear in explaining what needed to be done. Within just a few hours, Diane provided a detailed proposal and arranged for the team to be onsite the very next day to remove the ducts, replace a rusty pan, and coordinate the reinstall once remediation was complete. When the crew arrived (Fernando and Sabino), they worked quickly and professionally, clearly taking pride in their work. Their years of experience showed, and the results exceeded my expectations. Because of this excellent experience, we are also considering Tri-Tech for our ongoing annual AC maintenance. It’s clear that Tri-Tech is now far more responsive and client-focused than some of the older reviews might suggest. Since Diane took on scheduling, estimates, and coordination, she has truly elevated the customer experience. She goes above and beyond to make sure clients feel supported — and the skilled technicians deliver quality work. Highly recommend Diane, Edwin, Fernando, Sabino, and the entire Tri-Tech team!
