He didn’t go through the whole house like others do checking vents etc. He turned the heat on. He went outside to check the unit, gave us our filter. Said we might need to replace a capacitor next time cause it was reading low. He wasn’t here probably bu5 minutes or less. He was very nice.

My unit was coming on and blowing but not blowing heat. Dustin Harris was able to access my attic heating unit in a very cramped space and repair it, immediately heating my home, which was extremely important as inclement weather was coming in the next few days. Repair took 20 min tops. He was knowlegeable and advised me on possible unit replacement and cost in the next couple of yrs. I would use this company again for my heating and cooling needs.
