Amazing experience with Matt and his team. Our AC went out during the hottest week so far this year - their office staff were very understanding, squeezed us in same day and were very responsive start to finish. It took less than a week for them to get a whole system installed. Matt even brought out and installed a portable unit to help us stay cool while we waited for the unit to be installed. Went above and beyond the job to help us. Fixed areas where drywall was damaged from the installation and made it look better than before the work was done. Dropped by after the installation to ensure quality control. Their company pulls permits and a city inspector came out to ensure all was done up to code. We are very pleased by their professionalism and attention to detail, very relieved that we found these guys!

Matt was one of the first to come out and his text communication was excellent and he was perfect on time. His in-person demeanor was excellent and was very professional. Matt was very honest and told me he could not do it for the price I wanted, but that he would give me a good price. I got quotes/estimates from 5 different companies including from a wholesale AC seller in the midwest that offered installations in Las Vegas. I decided to go with Matt and Top Tech Air Conditioning and Heating. They are a local family business and after reading the reviews the decision was easy. His estimate was detailed and was all inclusive. I am so happy I did. Matt handled everything and his installation team was first class.
