Absolutely thrilled to write this review for TLC Plumbing. We found TLC Plumbing through glowing recommendations in our local Facebook group, and they somehow exceeded every single one. From the moment we reached out and explained that we had a hot water heater issue, they moved quickly to schedule an appointment, knowing we needed help fast. What truly sets them apart is how thorough, meticulous, and genuinely expert they are. They did not just look at the hot water heater. They carefully reviewed our entire system, including the boiler and air exchange system, to make sure the fix would actually solve the problem. That level of care is rare. They discovered that our hot water heater had been installed incorrectly by a different plumber six years ago. On top of that, they identified a non-functioning circulator pump on our boiler and rusted pipes that had been preventing our entire home from heating properly for years. They were prompt, professional, incredibly kind, and a joy to work with. Even more impressive, they were fair and honest with pricing. They did not charge exorbitant emergency rates, even though it was obvious we needed immediate help and they easily could have. That integrity means everything. TLC Plumbing solved problems that other companies had merely serviced and never truly diagnosed. Thanks to them, our home is finally warm and cozy for the first time in years, and the peace of mind is priceless. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough. We had a great experience with our Navien combi installation. The team at TLC Plumbing was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain how the system works, answered all our questions, and completed the installation smoothly. Great work across the board! I needed a good amount of work done on the kitchen drains that were haphazardly connected from the previous owner and leaking, and a bathroom drain that was leaking. The guy who came for the estimate was knowledgeable and explained what changes they would make. The two works who came out (on two separate days) were diligent, tried to keep the house as untouched as possible, and explained what they worked on at the end of each session. Very please with the work that was done! I would definitely recommend them and would use them for future work. I’ve included some before and after pictures.
