I recently worked with **TJ's Electric** to have a new ceiling fan outlet installed, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. When I first reached out, I wasn’t sure what the cost would look like, but they provided a clear verbal estimate upfront before I ever booked an appointment — a great sign of their transparency and customer service. Mike and his technician arrived the following week, right on time, and immediately impressed me with their professionalism. Before starting any work, they walked through my request to ensure they fully understood what I wanted. They even laid out a tarp over my sofa and table to protect everything from any stray sawdust while drilling into the ceiling — a small touch that showed they care about doing the job the right way. After marking the location for the outlet, they checked with me to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. Once confirmed, they spent the next hour running the electrical line, installing the fan-rated outlet box, and making sure everything was done cleanly and efficiently. When finished, they tested the outlet, confirmed it was properly powered, and updated my fuse panel with the correct labeling. They then walked me through everything they did and what fuse number it was tied into on the electrical panel. Overall, the service was top-notch from start to finish. I am writing this review to advocate for the technicians who recently performed work at our property. They did an incredible job, and we would like to request that you ignore the negative review mentioned below. Due to the significant weight of their equipment and the lack of alternative garage entrances, the technicians had to park temporarily in an accessible parking space. During this time, they remained attentive and were prepared to move immediately if anyone needed the space. Furthermore, the property maintains three additional accessible spaces nearby as well as one inside the garage. The technicians were professional and fantastic to work with, and we fully support their performance. In times like this we should be patient and kind but people choose negativity.
