Outstanding! I called the office because my HVAC unit was on its last leg and needed replacement. Shortly after I called, Joe came out for an initial site visit to give me a quote for a full installation. He was prompt, professional and answered any questions I had. He left my house with me feeling confident in their services. Less than a week later, the team already scheduled me for a full install and kept me in the loop all the way until the installers arrived to my door. Martin and Riley texted me while they were on the way. They arrived right on time and professional. They treated my home as their own. The installation was smooth, they even had my 3 year old daughter trying to keep getting in the way of them working but they were kind and didn’t let that bother them. They installed everything perfectly. They cleaned up all of their workspaces and kept me informed along the process and even walked me through my new thermostat and answered all of my questions. I appreciate Joe (owner) , Martin (installer), Riley (installer) and the staff who handled the scheduling and billing in the background. All went smooth as expected and I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. If you’re needing to spend money on quality, and want Tier 1 level service, this is the place to call before anyone else. ✌️

The system we had installed 13 months ago and paid $9,300 stopped working so we called out the company who installed our other unit and they found multiple issues with the wiring. It was frayed as if all the original wires were used and not replaced, wires laying on the copper pipes that caused them to short the system, and the list goes on. When our main system originally failed, we were given a price to replace the main unit and the smaller second unit. We didn't do the smaller unit because it was working at that time, but we wanted to know cost to be prepared in the future. Within three months that unit stopped working, which we found odd because their men serviced it while replacing the main HVAC, and not common for two to go in such a short period of one another. The rep gave us a price to do that smaller unit and when we called back to say it too was not working, the price increased by $3,000. The woman who I spoke with called the rep which he conveniently denied saying that price. He not only said the price to me, but my fiancé and adult daughter were both present. At that point we were not confident we were dealing with an honest company, and went else where to have the smaller unit replaced. The price we paid was the same as what we were quoted the first time by the Tier 1 rep, not the $3,000 more. Our other company came out on Sunday evening to repair the unit installed by Tier 1 and we all immediately noticed a difference, the house feels so much warmer, and we can only assume it will feel much cooler in the summer months. You folks need to understand that customers need reliable service, people cant afford to pay thousands of dollars for HVAC and it fail two weeks after the warranty is up and to realize it was due to poor workmanship. Its unfortunate if this is the reputation you are creating for yourselves. I would never recommend this company,

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. During their first visit, they failed to properly identify the source of the leak but still claimed everything was resolved. When the issue persisted and they returned, they provided completely inaccurate information to my Home Warranty company, which only made the situation worse. Their handling of the problem was unprofessional from start to finish, and the lack of honesty felt downright deceptive. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this HVAC company.
