Team Plumbing

Team plumbing showed up to do warranty work on a drain that was not draining appropriately in one of our bathrooms. When the plumber showed up, he knocked on the door and rang the doorbell excessively, which I felt was very aggressive. When I opened the door, The gentleman at the door did not seem happy to be at our location. I had to quickly put my dog away and guided him to where the drain was not draining. I left him to do his work and then all of a sudden I heard him yell hey where are you? I said I was downstairs and he came down the stairs. He had a part in his hand and was aggressively tapping it with another tool stating this was not warranty work. He said something is going down the drain and this is not warranty work. I told him we haven’t even been here for a week yet so it wasn’t anything that we did. He just kept tapping at it saying that this wasn’t warranty work and then he was gonna call Challenger homes to let them know this is not warranty work. I told him A few times that this was not a challenger home and he didn’t want to listen to me. He kept getting aggressive so I said you need to hold on a minute. I don’t appreciate your tone and you’re gonna have this conversation with my husband. He kept talking as I tried to call my husband and I said I’m not talking anymore. You need to wait and he said no I’m not waiting and went back upstairs. I tried to call the number that was on the van, but it just rang to his phone so I hung up when I went upstairs to see if he was finished so I could ask him to leave. I asked for his name and he said it was Austin that he is the manager of the business. I would not recommend this gentleman for any further work. He was absolutely disrespectful and aggressive, and made me feel unsafe. If I could give a negative rating I would. Women please make sure your husband is home with you or another gentleman is home with you if you call this man to help with any kind of plumbing work you have.

If I could put more stars I would! I just moved into a new home after losing my late husband to cancer. The home needed some plumbing looked at, which turned out to be covered by warranty! I called Team Plumbing who came out on a freezing cold snowy day to take a look. Austin showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable! He took the time to not only fix the issue but showed me the process so it made sense! I couldn’t be happier and they’ll have a customer for life! Thank you Team Plumbing and Austin!!!!

Good experience I decided to give Team Plumbing team a feed back its because, Curtis was knowledgeable and reasonable of their pricing. However, there is a little bit error in actual work on the shower fixture. but the whole process is quick. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you so much for the job done team plumbing.
