On January 31, 2026 a pipe burst in my master bedroom. Team Bob’s (Chris) was dispatched and came within an hour. His assessment and solution was timely and acceptable. Chris did an excellent job of communicating and setting up next steps for further repair. On February 12, 2026 Team Bob’s (Nikita and Joshua) returned to repair the pipe (as restoration was winding down) and check all heating pipes in the house. A three hour visit was completed efficiently while instilling confidence and thoroughly explaining the process and potential next steps for my 40 yr old boiler. I was impressed with Nikita and Joshua’s teamwork and communication. On February 28, 2026, my heat went out. Team Bobs came to the house on a Saturday and found my boiler pilot light went out. He lit the pilot light, but it did not stay lit and suggested I could replace the parts or work with Andrew who sells boilers. Because my boiler has been intermittently problematic and 40 years old I ended up purchasing a new boiler. And, even though the heat to my house was turned off, Andrew left me with two space heaters for a small area enabled me to stay in my lower level. On Friday, March 6, 2026 Nate P and Jacob efficiently and knowledgeably installed my new boiler and my new thermostats. They were very conscientious and friendly. And, they arrived right on time! When experiencing such devastating events it is crucial to work with an organization that is professional and employs a team packed with knowledge and detailed skill levels. For my experience, Team Bob’s was that organization from beginning to end.

Chris M. Fixed our finicky cottage furnace that failed. Nothing like walking into an icebox! Clearly explained the problem and the options to fix. Very happy! As luck would have it the on demand water heater failed. Chris walked in on this, shut off the water supply and did his best to contain the water. Carried on with the furnace repair. Skip to three days later with Nate G. Who did an awesome job. Walked me through the full scope of work installing a new water heater to replace a failed on demand unit. Answered all questions and definitely took pride in his work. 100% satisfied with both repairs and would not hesitate recommending Team Bob’s for your mechanical needs!

Recently, I have had Team Bobs redo our water heater, pump, sink, mini split system and more. The product and service being reviewed currently are for the sink, faucet, water heater, well pump and overall quality and communication. As my wife and I can’t live on site yet, there is still a bit of work to do…Team Bobs has been incredibly communicative and supportive to ensure we are receiving high quality work. They have been honest with what they feel is needed, and options, plus flexible with our time frame. We have invested a large sum into the mechanicals of our soon home, and I am happy to say Team Bobs has played a significant role in this.
