Tankless Pro

2023: Frank responded to my inquiries on time, showed up on appointment date on time, completed the job as agreed and gave me the first years visit/service free of charge. The installation was clean too. Highly recommended. 12/26/25 - most companies will get a good review when its new but when things break and you need them back again for repair or service…. Then thats a different story. I called frank on November 28 because there was a leak coming from the pipe (see photo). Frank was able to come out on 11/30 to replace the press release valve for a whopping $250. The leak stopped… at least for awhile because on December 24 i noticed the leak back and now its worse. Informed Frank and he told me he cant come out until Monday which is 4 days. Lets see where this ends. For now, Tankless Pro is showing its true color. 12/28 - Frank fixed the leak and installed a what looks like a small tank and said this will fix the problem and if not then he doesnt know what else to do. 12/30 - leak started again intermittently 1/31/26 - intermittently leaking every few says and water bill going up. Frank is great but product is useless. Run away

Tankless Pro did an excellent job installing a Navient tankless water heater, and removing our old tank. Frank was very professional, prompt, explained everything in detail. The workmanship was above par. I called around and got 3 quotes, but didn't need to, Frank was super competitive. George his assistant was pleasant and worked hard to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their service. Thank you Tankless Pro for a great job!

I called Navien corporation in the search of a company certified installer. I was advised to go to Navien website to find a certified installer there. I read their reviews and chose Tankless Pro. I called Tankless Pro on Saturday afternoon. Frank responded while he was busy. We agreed for Frank to come and see the old conventional tank water heater on Sunday. He arrived on Sunday morning on time, as agreed. On Monday morning he came on time again and completed the installation, beautifully. Frank is very professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Not only he completed the installation of the device, he also put an outdoor electrical receptacle for me. Frank is such a perfectionist, he even feels bad if customers don’t have hot water. He is going to come back a year after the install to do maintenance for free. In the case where I need help with water heater, I would definitely go to Frank, again.
