Sweetwater Plumbing

Had the entire house replumbed by Sweetwater Plumbing. Scheduled for a Friday start but was delayed until Saturday afternoon due to weather related emergencies throughout the area. Brandon arrived on Saturday by himself and started the replumb. He did an excellent job preparing the house and worked late into the night to complete most of the work. He replaced old brittle CPVC pipe with new PEX pipe throughout the house. The master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen sink and dishwasher, ice maker supply, laundry area. The master required relocating a toilet waste line and supply line. One master vanity drain was relocated for a larger vanity install. Replaced shower valve in master and shower tub valve in guest bathrooms. The laundry was updated for a small vanity in the corner and the old drain capped off. The washer box was replaced and the ice maker box. New hose bibs were also installed. Brandon returned again on Sunday by himself and was able to finish the entire house plumbing and get the water back on. He checked for leaks and connected a sink and commode for use during our remodel process. Brandon always had time to answer my questions during this process. He was very professional and was able to complete the job in two days. Thank you, Brandon, for the excellent work. You deserve a raise for the long hours spent.

Sweetwater Plumbing saved the day when our water heater stopped working late one night. Our area was recovering from a winter storm, and the secondary roads were still covered in ice, so I was expecting to have to contend with cold water for days before a plumber could make it out. After seeing great reviews and upon the recommendation of a neighbor, I decided to give Sweetwater Plumbing a call early the next morning. They immediately put us on the schedule for later that same morning. The person I spoke with on the phone took time to ask about the water heater and its history in order to make sure the plumber making the visit would be prepared. Since the tankless water heater was 16+ years old, he prepared me for the possibility that it would need replacing and asked that I text pictures of the unit so that they could bring a similar new one on the truck just in case. That turned out to be a great decision. In spite of the icy roads, Carlos and Willie arrived mid morning, and after looking at the old unit, we made the decision to replace it with another tankless unit because the old one was already living on borrowed time at 16+ years old. By early afternoon, the new water heater was installed. Carlos and Willie did a great job and were efficient and knowledgeable. From the first phone call to the installation and folllow-up, the responsiveness and communication from everyone at Sweetwater was great, and the service they provided was excellent. Matt Morrison was amazing. Came out to provide a quote on a water heater replacement and was able to do the replacement same day before noon! Great service. Courteous and knowledgeable. I will be using again in the future.
