Fantastic experience with superior today! Water heater was leaking it was Saturday and Chelsea answers the phone immediately no holds at superior and was able to get me in same day with the most fantastic tech Joel came and took out the builder installed water heater and installed the new one. His work is a work of art . He took a bunch of jumbled pipes and elbows fittings and cleaned them up and re installed everything to perfection. He is talented, experienced and I was fortunate to have a dedicated master plumber perform the replacement especially on a Saturday Thanks to superior plumbing once again for being there !

Superior plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. 1) No issues with required COI. 2) Easy and quick appointment scheduling. 3) Great communication from both the home office and texting about technician arrival. 4) Kyle was a great plumber who fixed our issue quickly, quietly, and thoroughly. He was very friendly and helpful including great tips to prevent the issue from happening again.

I've been using Superior Plumbing since I bought my house new more than 35 years ago. They've done everything from rebuilding toilets and replacing faucets to installing a sink with pump in my basement/garage below drain level to replacing the entire drain piping from the house to the sewer. They have always been timely, efficient, and clear about the services they recommend and their prices. I'm fortunate to have Seth Gregory as my regular plumber. It's great that I've gotten to know him and that he knows what has been done previously. He really does care that the right things are done and done properly. Their office phone is always answered live and all are helpful—even just to answer questions or get advice. True pros. Highly recommended!
