12/10! I recently worked with Superior Heating, and the experience was exceptional during one of the most stressful home emergencies I’ve ever dealt with. My furnace failed when it was –1° outside, and despite the pressure of the situation, Perry made everything feel manageable. From the moment we connected, he was open, honest, and incredibly transparent about pricing, especially compared with competitors, whose quote was significantly higher. Perry’s pricing was competitive, accurate, and delivered without any games or surprises. His many years of experience were immediately clear, and I’m genuinely grateful for how generously he shared that knowledge to help me understand what was happening and what my best options were. His responsiveness was remarkable, and even in the middle of a stressful situation, he made me feel at ease. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise, honesty, and genuine care for their customers, especially on a day that felt like everything was going wrong. Hands down an amazing experience. We have had nothing but positive interactions with the entire crew. They came highly recommended by a reputable builder and we are beyond happy. The technician said things like “if this was my house…” which we really appreciate. Their prices were amongst the best and communication and payment options were ideal.
