We needed a pretty big fence replacement done and wanted a company that would be up to the job for providing a quality end result. Will, our sales consultant, presented our options and patiently worked with us through several plan revisions answering all of our questions along the way. Nancy, the office manager, kept us up to date as the project progressed. Our installation team for the job included Francisco, Kevin, and Carlos. They consistently showed up on time, put in a full day’s work, took time to ensure a quality installation, and always left a clean work site behind. We had a few concerns that they addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Art, the field operations manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He offered solid advice on adjustments to our fence layout and made sure to explain all the intricate details involved. At the completion of the job, he performed a final walk through with us explaining what was done during the job. He made sure we understood how everything worked and answered any remaining questions.
