Called them on May 31st for gate and opener replacement. They asked for photos to be emailed, they were sent the same day. No contact from them so I called back on June 6th. I had to walk them through how to search for the photos I sent, they confirmed receipt of them and said it was sent to the manager. Still no contact from them, so I called again June 17th and they still couldn't give me an idea of when I might hear from someone. I said to forget my request and that I was going to leave a negative review. I was then told that wouldn't be very nice! Clear communication and good customer service is not what you will experience here. Their work may be top notch, but I'll never know.
