I had blockage in my baffle because of roots so I called Sunset to pump my two tanks. They got me an appointment for the next day. Clint saw the work order, called and came out at 7pm (same day I called them and a day earlier than scheduled). Appreciate you Clint. Working late and getting here so quickly. Honest, hard working guy. My wife can now use the shower so she is even happier than I was with the experience.

Only septic company around that doesn’t charge you an arm and leg for their services. Will always be willing to go above and beyond to help with issues, consistently same day. Had over spilling tank, called at 4p (end of their day) got a call back within 15 minutes, they managed to arrive within 1/2 hour to inspect and talk me through a fix along with empty the tank, he even followed up next morning with check in and for further assistance!

Superb company! We've used them for years for normal pumping, etc. Recently we had an emergency issue with the outlet pipe on our septic tank being clogged resulting in our tank filling up fast and starting to overflow. They responded within the hour of me calling. They pumped out the tank and resolved the clog issue with hydro jetting. Great to work with and expert service. Can't recommend them more. Thanks!
