Since we installed our 30 panel system with two inverter we have been more than happy with the service we have gotten. After about 5 years one of our inverters quit working and sun king replaced it no charge. Then we decided to install a new roof after about 10 of original install and they took off the thirty panels as well as our solar water and reinstalled everything after the reroofing was finished.I have only had excellent service while dealing with there professional employees.

We are very pleased with our solar water heater. We had it installed in October 6, 1998 and have enjoyed hot water. When it’s overcast, which isn’t too often, we can turn the electric to the solar heater on to heat up the water. In addition, I think there still is a person on Kauai to repair the solar heater so that is a nice service to have available after the sale.

We have owned the Sun King Solar heater for many years. Its been an excellent system in that it helped decrease our heater chargers extensively. Except for only one occasion when the heater started to leak we called Sun King and they sent a technician to repair the problem . Since then, we experienced no other issues. We highly recommend this system.
