I called Summit H&C this morning and about my furnace not starting up. Vernon called shortly after and said he would be on his way very quickly due to a cancellation from another customer. Their service calls are always the same day and very fast at least that has been my experience with this company. Vernon found the issue, he and walked me through how he needed to proceed to get it going. Since it was connected to a prior service call the fix was free of charge. Vernon was extremely knowledgeable about my system and pointed out some minor safety and efficiency concerns on our furnace. We are going to fix those issues very soon. A few years ago I purchased the simi annual maintenance program that that Summit offers at an amazing price. With this they come out twice a year and look over the entire HVAC system. I have found it to be a great way for us to extend our 12 year old system, and it gives us piece of mind that the Summit team is catching things before they become a much bigger issue.
