We have used Suburban twice so far, once for regular maintenance and once when our mini split and attic unit went down. We are a little out of their service area being in Acushnet but they fit us into their schedule. Technicians were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Billing is fair and very reasonable. I highly recommend and will continue to use them.

Always delighted to work with Suburban. Their team is courteous and responsive, they keep to their anticipated schedule, and offer great value when compared to other HVAC companies. We used them for a mini-split installation and are extremely satisfied. I definitely recommend them!

Suburban HVAC recently installed a heat pump system at my house through Mass Save. Paul and Rich handled all the paperwork and scheduled the install quickly. Overall I was very happy with the outcome inside the house and the system is running well. A light has stopped working after the install but they are going to fix it free of charge. I think they could have paid a little more attention to detail with putting vents so that they are square to the wall instead of at an angle but that is just me being picky. Other then that, I highly recommend them for any hvac work you may have.
