These guys (Plummers) were great. They explained everything in a fun way easy to follow They stayed late until the job was done I would definitely recommend them.

A friend recommended Straight Up and I'm so glad she did! My pipes had been frozen for nearly a week and another plumber had come to try and solve the problem but essentially gave up and then flaked out on returning. Despite being extremely busy, Straight Up was able to come the next day and identify and address several issues. Will was like a detective, and it was impressive to see how dedicated he was to figuring out the problem. When the pipes didn't thaw after the first round of interventions, he came back the same day to spend two more hours on a Friday night in sub-zero temps while it was snowing to troubleshoot more, and said someone would be able to come back on Saturday morning if it still wasn't sorted. A couple hours after he left, the water was going again. Plus, the price was very fair. I'd highly recommend them and plan to use them for more projects in the future.
