Roy and Jonathan were very courteous, professional and honest during their 2 1/2 day install of a Navien Boiler/water heater combination. According to the permit inspector, it was an excellent installation! Roy, Eric, Joni and Brittany were very supportive and helpful in providing me with information I needed to deal with the previous unpermitted and improperly installed boiler and heater done by another plumber. I had to have a complete new boiler system installed to replace the broken out of code dangerous one I had. Donavan the tech was very professional in assessing the problem. He provided me with the information I needed to make the right decision. He and Oscar came and worked in removing the old unit, then installing the new one. Again, very kind, professional men. Cleaned up as they worked each day. Donavan explained in detail how the system works, what to look for if there's a problem in the future. I would highly recommend these two men, and the company definitely. My heater has been working well in heating my home!

I had a great experience with the technician named Josh. He came out today to diagnose a faulty furnace and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to determine which part needs to be ordered and replaced to resolve the issue. He went above and beyond by being courteous and respectful of my request to go through my back door rather than my front door when going in and out, as I have OCD and always disinfectant my floors if someone walks through my house, and I always take my own shoes off before entering. This prevented me from having to disinfect as much afterwards because of his kindness. This also allowed me to not have to keep my cats confined to a small room while he was working. Once the part arrived, he came back with Jonathan, and they both were outstanding in fixing it perfectly.Thank you for being accommodating to my requests and providing excellent service!
