Your Master Technician Kaalai Miller came to my home today to give me some estimates for some plumbing work I need. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with him and your company. He gave me honest advice and all of my options. He was able to immediately schedule all of what I need done for tomorrow. My wife and I are very happy! The 2 technicians that came today worked hard and steady. They did a beautiful job and completed everything I needed done. And their pau Hana clean-up was spotless. Beautiful, professional work. I am pleased beyond words! Ryan came to give me advice and options to install air conditioning in our home. He was very professional and thorough, gave me several options and all the information I needed to share with my wife, so we can make an informed decision. Very happy and pleased with Ryan and your company Yesterday, your technicians Cob and Kainalu came to install air conditioning in my home. Thank you to Kameron Rosa for fixing my shower pipe. This young man, wise beyond his years, was thorough in his examination and diagnosis. He then described the work to be done, and the options that I had, explaining each in an easy to understand way. Kameron did the work precisely as he said, then cleaned up and left the area spotless. Knowledgeable, friendly and respectful, Kameron has the qualities all business representatives should strive for. His quiet coworker Ka’ili is friendly and works efficiently as well. I had an outdoor water pipe burst and spray water everywhere, so I contacted Steve’s Plumbing. Josiah Acang responded quickly and arrived at my home in no time. He immediately assessed the situation, capped the outdoor water line, and stopped the leak efficiently. Josiah was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous, and he worked quickly—everything was completed in less than five minutes. I was especially impressed that he chose not to charge me for the service. Outstanding service all around. I will definitely be using Steve’s Plumbing again for all of my plumbing needs.
