My family hired Tim a few months ago to replace my grandfather’s 20 year old AC until that gave out right in the middle of the hottest month of the year. Tim was incredible. All of the reviews I read before he came out are 100% true. He has a 5-star company for a reason. Very professional, quick to respond, came out to check everything out and make a plan within 24 hours. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and quickly. He did not give me a runaround with quotes like some companies do. He was right to the point and very detailed explaining exactly what needs to happen and why it needs to happen. Since having the AC replaced we have had zero issues and if we have any questions Tim is always ready to help. I would recommend Tim and Stellar Cooling Services to anyone in Tampa.
