⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an exceptional company! I came to visit my 86-year-old mother in Speedwell, TN just days before Christmas. On Christmas Eve, we discovered water in her basement, and I was extremely upset and worried that no one would be able to help during the holidays. I called several plumbers in the area, and one recommended Star Septic Services. I called them first thing that morning, and they assured me someone would be out that afternoon to take a look. They arrived quickly and then came back later that same day. Once they realized an elderly woman lived in the home, Chris made it a priority to ensure the issue was fixed that day. Chris and his employees were respectful, courteous, and—most importantly—honest. What I feared would cost thousands did not. I was so impressed that I had them return to fix our washing machine and sink as well. Bravo to Star Septic Services. We will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone who will go above and beyond. They always take the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available-from repair to replacement. As a woman, it can be difficult to find someone you can trust, I feel totally safe with them and don’t have to worry about being Taken advantage of.They have the most awesome customer service ever!!
