Our HVAC went out after the recent winter storm. We have an 8 month old and it was terribly cold. The company we normally use wasn't available for four days, I called Star City and due to our circumstance they showed up and had our fan running again in a matter of a couple hours. Unfortunately my system was on it's last leg. Abe helped us find programs and wrote detailed estimates for us to consider and made the replacement process relatively painless. Star City is the only company I'll call to take care of my home going forward. All of the techs were amazing as well. I hope management recognizes each and every one of them for their outstanding customer service!
