Chad from Springer Bros came out to give me an estimate for our ducts. After showing me pictures and videos of the areas he had to look at he actually told me they did not need to be done. Now that's an honest Business he could of just given me a price but he was honest enough to let me know they did not need to be cleaned. I'd recommend them on their values alone. Springer Brothers in Auburndale was referred to me by an employee of my electric company. Although a little more money than my other two estimates, I liked Chad's professional and honest presentation. His inspection of my old installation pointed out some issues that the other people didn't and assured me their installers don't take shortcuts. He happily answered all my questions. After researching Daikin systems, I purchased one of their 17 SEER2 Inverter Systems. It includes 12-year parts and labor. That's just the beginning. Their three-man installation team led by Rafael was the best. I have had numerous HVAC systems installed over the years and never saw a team that worked so well together. With my engineering background I'm a detailed oriented person and am hard to please. Their attention to detail satisfied my every wish. They went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't' expect a better and more harmonious installation. They did the little things you don't normally see like refinish the cold air return with special material that fights mold and mildew. They even removed the UV light from my old unit and installed it in the new one, rather than try to sell me a new one. Had my semi annual service done by Skyler today. He checked everything including a few things that I told him about. Skyler was courteous and very thorough in the work that he performed today. I have been using Springer Brothers for almost 10 years now and I recommend them highly.
