Highly recommend!!! We are always so satisfied and impressed with the professionalism of Sprague. With our recent generator installation, everything was done quickly and efficiently. The installation was done at our secondary residence, while we were home at our primary residence, however we were continually kept in the loop through texts with status updates and pictures. We have full confidence in all of the work, especially the complex propane and electric connections that had to be done. As a bonus the conduits that were on the house were painted to match the house, which is much more visually appealing and was a nice surprise! If you are considering getting a generator, definitely go with Sprague!

We contracted with Sprague Power Systems to replace our portable, whole-house generator with a sweet Kohler stand-by propane fired system. Not only is the new system quiet and on-guard 24/7 but it makes the transition when the power goes out (which is does frequently) complete seamless and frictionless. Once a week, it's programmed to automatically "Exercise" for 20 minutes so that the system is ready to step in at any moment. Sprague quoted the project, prepared a timeline and handles all the utility transfers, panel re-wiring and outdoor landscape coordination. In short, it was a turn key installation and they were complete pros. I'd highly recommend them if you're ready to ditch the portable generator, wires and tanks of gas for a clean, safe and 100% effective new Kohler stand by generator. Love it!
