had a new unit installed from the attic to the garage, transition went perfect, can't thank the crew enough, the crew cleaned up after and I noticed a few pieces of the a/c left behind collected them and had a idea that these parts would work on my classic 79 mark v , my sunvisors would fall down a s I drove, this was a rubber piece from The a/c that was installed , it worked on the car like it was meant to be there, only problem I only had one and needed two, well I reached out to the company and they though I must be a nut, asking for something that doesn't exit, the receptionist went back to the offices to see if there was anybody who could help me well there was his mane is Jason , and he knew what is was he made a phone call to his brother and by the next day he came in person to give me that other piece, I can't even to this day believe what has happened that was a chance of a life time ,No other company like South Florida Air , can come close to the service and help to there customers I want to thank them all I can for there help, still can get over this. dont wast you time looking for a new a/c go to them you will be pleased at there service, this isa needle in the haystack that was found . thanks to Jason. from a happy camper James

Not that I was thrilled to have to spend what we did on the replacement Carrier unit for our apartment yesterday but in spite of it I wanted to let you know that we appreciate the attention you gave our job and the fact that you were able to get this done in a matter of days and not weeks. Every aspect of our dealings with South Florida has been a positive one, from the office staff to the technicians that service our unit on a regular basis to the installation guys and you. The company is a pleasure to deal with.

What an incredible experience from start to finish. Unlike multiple other AC consults that lasted 15 - 30 minutes and were superficial, Steve came out on a Friday at the end of the day and spent an hour and a half evaluating our home, mapping the AC and duct system, to determine what our home needed to resolve the AC issues we’d had for years. It was an elaborate project but we felt incredibly confident in hiring them. The team, led by Rudy, was effective, efficient, and professional. They worked in sync from early morning till end of day… what a well-oiled machine. We could not have been happier with the installation of a new unit, new duct work, and new returns. It’s like we are living in a new home. Everyday I am thankful we hired them. It was a game changer in our quality of life. I can’t imagine using anyone else.
