We had the outside power boxes on our home upgraded. The technicians were professional and friendly. They arrived on time each day and were excellent in communicating and updating us on the work. They were respectful of our property and older home. I highly recommend their services.

Over the 40 years since I purchased my house, I have needed electrical work of various types from time to time. I have used three or four different electricians, and I have always been pleased with the work of South Alabama Electric. South Alabama Electric has completed minor work, from changing out electrical outlets and installing new light fixtures to installing new sub-panels and diagnosing problems with a ceiling fan. I have dealt with many electricians in the past, some of whom attempted to cheat me. South Alabama Electric has always been professional, honest, and competent. Their electricians have always been polite, knowledgeable, and professional. While many tradesmen almost demand payment before they leave your house (they have probably been burned in the past), South Alabama bills you upon completing the job. Recently, we needed some work done, and the electrician who arrived introduced himself and his helper to my wife. I have always been pleased with the work of South Alabama Electric and will continue to use them in the future,

Had a bad outside panel for too long. Had it quoted by Brian Wilson on Friday. Power was going in and out Monday and Tuesday. I called South Alabama Electric on Wednesday. Ms Lorena pulled strings for me and had the guys out there and Alabama power out there next day! Cant thank the whole company enough! I had great recommendations for them and they exceeded my expectations thanks a bunch y’all got me out of a pickle!
