Nate with Smitty’s Essential Services is phenomenal! I texted last night that we had a leak in a pipe from behind the tub that was coming out the soffit in front of our front door. He called me at 8:14 the next morning and said he can come today between the window of 12-2 and messaged me at 11:25 to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived right before 12 and they brought in drop clothes to cover the carpets all the way up to the bedroom where the access point to the pipes were. He took a video and showed me what was happened and what needed to be done, ran out to the van to get a estimate and was back in within 5 minutes with a very reasonable, fair, estimate and said he can fix it right away and that it’s a 2 hour job. I was thrilled!!! Nate was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and affordable. Smitty’s has a customer for life! Thank you so much Nate!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Smitty’s Plumbing. Nate and his team replaced our 60-year-old cast iron waste pipe system, which involved excavating through the concrete slab, rerouting the pipes, and backfilling everything. They showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site impressively clean throughout the project. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The work was high-quality, fairly priced, and done right the first time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
