We've used SPS twice this year for a variety of projects and we've been very pleased with their service each time. The scheduling folks are so friendly and easy to work with, and the plumbing staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very competent. They work very efficiently, and I always feel as if I have gotten a good value for my money. We are very impressed with the knowledge and service Smith Plumbing Solutions Plus provided. They came out to pump our septic a couple of weeks ago and explained what they were doing and why. I inquired why we keep getting sediment in our toilet tank. After they got a water sample, We received a call from Neil Smith who explained everything to us and what we needed to prevent this from happening. A couple days later Eric & Grayson installed a sediment filter to our well. They also drained our water heater. Then to our surprise they went above and beyond and also changed our well filter in our home. We definitely recommend Smith Plumbing Solutions Plus to anyone needing a plumber.
