We hired smiths plumbing to switch from a electric tank water heater to a propane tankless water heater. After having the new tankless installed the technician had made a simple mistake and the water heater electrical was fried. It took only one call to the office, no argument, no fighting and a same day response they quickly made time to make it right. They installed a new water heater tested it before leaving. Even though there was a mistake that was made the response from the office was top notch. Would absolutely recommend smith’s plumbing to friends and family.
