Ron is an absolute lifesaver! After my glasses somehow ended up flushed down the toilet (yes, really 😅), Ron showed up promptly and immediately put us at ease. Ron arrived as promised. He proceeded to clear an exterior drain trap in 8° weather. He was dressed clean and neat. He explained the process in detail. Extremely curious and wore protection on his shoes. He cleaned the work site thoroughly when finished. I was extremely impressed from the initial contact with the receptionist to when he drove away.
